I joined Tabitha’s Community Hatha Class last year and I still remember it quite well. She had a pristine vibe and gave very clear directions. It was my first Yoga Nidra experience too. It was hard not to fall asleep with her soothing voice! I highly recommend going to her classes because it’s rare to find teachers who have a sincere respect for the ancient yogic tradition. A true healer.
