AS PART OF HER CALLING, SHE HAS CREATED A NUMBER OF YOGA RETREATS, WORKSHOPS, AND COURSES, FOCUSING ON UNDERSTANDING THE PHYSICAL BODY AS A DOORWAY TO ACCESSING DEEPER PARTS OF THE SELF.

SHE LOVES WEAVING THE PRACTICES OF HATHA YOGA (ASANA/PRANAYAMA/MANTRA/MEDITATION/NIDRA), YIN (WITH EMPHASIS ON CHINESE MEDICINE), AND ENERGETICS, TO GUIDE INDIVIDUALS IN REMEMBERING THEIR ESSENTIAL NATURE.
